Family plan not in same country error

Tirsamisu
Mt. Kenya

Hi, I've upgrade to the family plan and invited 3 people to join. We all live in The Netherlands, however 2 people get the error message that they don't live in the same country as me. We all live in the same city in the same country, so we should be able to join in the family plan. Please help out.

Hi,

I seem to have a similar problem.
I had an individual plan, cancelled renewal, waited for billing period to end and wanted to start family plan. (I’m based in uk), for some strange reason Strava thinks I’m in Greece, and prices shown are in euros and there’s no family plan.
I opened tickets with support (closed automatically right after I create them as resolved) tried contacting someone through instagram.
tried logging off and on, restarting phone, checking my ip address and all seems to be ok.
please help

Jo

Hi,

I opened a ticket and got an email. In that email I got multiple links to articles which all didn't help. At the bottom of the mail they ask "does this answer your queston?". I think you need to click on "No" before they'll look into it.

I got a reply to my ticket after a week. They cancelled my subscription and updated my country code. This is not something you can do yourself for some reason. Even though I've always been living in the Netherlands, my country code was set to France...

Strava updated it to The Netherlands and now my family can join.
