Hello-
I’ve just started a challenge with a running team, but several members have not been able to join without starting a free month-long trial while others have been able to join freely without issues.
None of them ever joined other private groups or created their own groups. Why might this be happening? Is there a way to make it so that everyone can freely join, to make it fair among the team members?
Thanks

Hey @Mxt,
Thanks for your post and sorry for the confusion. We recently made some changes to our Group Challenges.
Group Challenges can only be created by subscribers and athletes with a free trial subscription. Previously, other athletes received three free challenges to create or join. You can read more about this update here:

Thank you Scout- my issue is that prior and on the day of the deadline of token expiry, some members were already unable to join.
Do you have any advice on this? Thank you.
