My effort isn't on the leaderboard despite privacy turned off

Hi

I've just had an attempt at a KOM and got 5th. It doesn't appear on the all time leaderboard, 5th place isn't shown on the list. Is it still updating or something?

The time shows on my own efforts, but not anywhere else. All privacy controls are off, check map visibility etc.

Same here after todays ride - so **bleep** frustrating!! The best feature they had on the APP which everyone uses!! Always good to compare......

If you are still not seeing your KOM,  please submit a support ticket and we will investigate further.
