Hope this is the right place to post this question.
I have had been using Strava with my Apple Watch for around a yer. I get all the cardio data other than Cardio Recovery. Oddly, I have received data from it on two random occasions, for three completely different types of runs (twice in a year).
My Apple Watch 7 was able to give me cardio recovery data, so not sure why the Series 8 isn't with Strava workotus.
If anyone can advise on how to get data for cardio recovery from Strava workouts ontothe health app on my phne, that would be much appreciated.
