Pilates exists as an activity type, but not in the "Sport" dropdown on My Activities, so I can't go back and find entries that I've made for pilates activities.
(by the way, the instructions here on how to file a bug report are conflicting and very confusing.)

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
As of now, if you want to find your Pilates activities under "My Activities" you'll find it under the Workout category.
Unfortunately, I don't have a timeline of when Pilates will have its own category but I do hope this change happens soon.
