Hi,

Recently I’ve had a couple of activities uploaded where there is no heart rate chart like below image.

 Sometimes when I record it shows, sometimes it doesn’t, seems to be random. The data is all in garmin connect so unsure why it is not showing in Strava.

Any ideas on a fix?

There seems to be a bug with display of heart rate data. Only avg heart rate is now displayed. Is there a workaround?

Did you use the correct sport? Not every sport type has charts.

Yes. These are runs and previously showed heart rate data in a chart view rather than just avg heart rate. Seems like the recent update changed it.

Yes, I came here to ask the same question, because I want to see my "time elapsed" and that was included with the heart rate, elevation, cadence etc.  Now I can only see moving time.

Same thing. Its not showing up on new rides and gone from older ones that had it.

I’m having the same issue as well.  I can’t see any heart rate data on any of my activities nor on anyone I follow.  The view activity button is also missing.

Hey all, Make sure you are on the most recent Strava app version. I was not and that was my issue.  

I'm having the same issue, even in old activities where i remember the graphic being displayed. I hope it's just a bug

I have the most recent version and also updated ios on the phone and watch…but it still doesn’t appear

If you have already done this and you are still having issues, please submit a support ticket and our support team will further assist you. 

Yes, I can confirm that updating the app brought back the "view analysis" tab with all the heart rate info and time elapsed etc.

Heart rate data has just stopped displaying on the mobile App despite doing so up to 48hours ago. It shows on Strava.com on any device, but the mobile App is no longer displaying Heart Rate data for both my feed and any one I follow. I have checked the permissions settings and they are correct, and I can view the data in Strava.com and Garmin Connect, so its not a connection issue. Has anyone else experienced this over the last 2 days.    

good day, on my android phone the "view analysis" is still missing after updating, remove/re-install of the strava app. (strava version 362.14 (1235978)

any other recommendations?

Anyone know why I can no longer see my analysis on Strava? I have the premium package and until recently I was able to see everything. Any info greatly appreciated.
