I created a new route in route builder but once I finalized the route the button you would normally click on to save the route ("save route") is still in gray and not clickable. I've created hundreds of routes before and never ran into this. Any ideas? See pic below for reference. You can see that there is a start and end point so I have no idea why it's not letting me save the route.

Was this ever ACTUALLY resolved? Seems like every thread I come across says Please submit a ticket. How does that help the community? This is a forum - which is suppose to be where we go to get answers, not to be dismissed and told to "Submit a ticket"...
Until there is an ACTUAL answer to this, it is not resolved.

Hello Marya, escalating is not the same as solving. This is still an open issue. has a solution been found in the last 10 months since this was escalated?
