route creator not working

Route creator is not working. Freezes. First time I've had this problem. Is there a bigger problem?

Thanks for your post. We're going to send this over to our support team so they can check this out.
In the meantime, please try creating a route using a different browser to see if this is isolated to the browser you are using.
