Nausea, fatigue, moodiness, these are just a few of the physical signs that come with pregnancy. Trying to maintain your fitness routine while pregnant can be quite challenging. With a number of colleagues at Strava who have experienced pregnancy, we took a poll to find out their experiences. Here’s what we found:
