Looking at my app today the matches ride analysis is missing, and the segment analysis is missing most rides. Is this a global issue or someone can resolve through the app?

You will probably get a better response if you post in https://communityhub.strava.com/strava-features-chat-5, this board is more for app developers using the Strava API.
That said, you can try to refresh the activity achievements (https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216919597-Refresh-Activity-Achievements) and see if that resolves your problem?
