I am extremely annoyed and disappointed by how support teams is handling  my request. 

I purchased a subscription for a family plan to share with my cycling buddies.

something went wrong and the person in charge of the ticket is just going in a loop to avoid fixing the problem.

I paid for the subscription and my friends cannot join most likely for a glitch in the system.

but the guy in charge of the ticket (his name is Hans) is replying every 2-3 days and doing nothing.

he asked that each member of the plan should open a separate ticket and still not doing anything. Just buying time before going on vacation I guess.

Is it possibile to escalate my case ?

time is clicking for a paid subscription that my friends cannot use and I really feel hopeless that this will be fixed.
