I would like to express my concern, as the subscription fee was deducted from my GCash account without prior notification. The charge was processed quickly, but I have not received the same prompt attention regarding my refund request. This matter is quite urgent as I am in need of the funds for an emergency.

 

I kindly request your immediate assistance in processing my refund. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

My friend submitted a ticket (3070622) to change his Strava email two months ago but hasn’t received a response. He’s unable to log in as the linked email is deactivated and cannot be recovered.

Dear Strava Support Team,

 

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally appeal for a refund of MYR 199.90 for my 1-year Strava subscription (Transaction ID: GPA.3328-5440-7693-78557), which was processed through Google Play.

 

Unfortunately, my initial refund request was declined by Google Play, and I believe there are valid reasons that warrant reconsideration.The subscription auto-renewed without my knowledge. 

 

I greatly value the services Strava provides but, in this instance, I would appreciate a refund due to the circumstances described above. If needed, I can provide any additional details or documentation to support my case.

Hello, when I deleted the picture for my activity, I accidentally deleted my activity as well (which was active for a whole day). I found that to return the activity, You have to write to support. I wrote and no one answered for 5 days, I only received an automatic reply. How to get supporta's attention?
