Strava has a lot of great information about my activities, so I'd love to see it use that information to create adaptive training plans.
I'd like to be able to do things like:
- Tell Strava that this is an easy run, so warn me if my heart rate gets too high.
- I want to increase my efficiency (run faster for same effort/heart rate): use AI to figure this out.
- I want to increase my endurance for this distance (or where I tell it which route I want to run), again use AI to figure this out
- Encourage me in appropriate ways during these runs
I don't want to have to use other apps (that don't have my long Strava history) to do this.
