I log my strength training manually in the Strava App. Normally it's the same content except a higher weight sometimes. 

Is it possible to duplicate an existing manual entry and just edit the text description instead of create a new exercise every time?

 

I want to know the same thing!

Thanks for your post. At this time, there is no option to duplicate workouts. This sounds like the perfect idea to share to our Ideas Board so that others can also vote on your idea.
