Dear Strava API support team
I have 2 accounts(for development, production) for using Strava API.
On June 1, 2026, I received “Strava API Update” email in my development account, but I did not receive it in my production account.(creating this topic in the production account)
Could you please provide with 3-months free code for my production account?
- My app has approximately 1800 athletes(less than 10000 athletes), and has been accessing Strava API continuously in 2026.
- I have checked in my API settings dashboard that I’m on the Standard Tier.
- I submitted “STRAVA API PROGRAM SUBMISSION FORM” for my development and production accounts with a single form submission in 2024.
- I may have entered my development account’s email address in “Email Address” field.
