Access goal progress and challenge progress from API

Im looking for a way to access goals (ie Profile > Progess > Goals) and challenge (ie Groups > Challenges) progress from the API (for example lets say a monthly running goal of 100KM is set up then I can see okay 56.2/100 KM done or whatever or for the September Running challenge it can tell me also 56.2/100KM done) 

Is there a way to access this? I don't see it in documentation.
To be clear I just want to read the details of the challenges that the user has setup or signed up for not modify anything and not see challenges from anyone else
