I forgot to disable the auto-renew feature in my strava app and it deducted an annual membership's worth of money in my e-wallet. I need the money to pay bills and I need a refund. I already submitted my ticket and emailed them at their support email but they have yet to give me an update regarding this case. Please can someone help?

You have to wait for their answers, those could take some weeks.

Hi @Ralph Yañez, this community hub is a discussion forum of Strava users like yourself, we can't do anything about your refund. It was a correct step to submit the ticket with Strava Support, only they can sort it out for you - now you’ll just need to wait.
Edit: @Jan_Mantau was faster 😀

Thanks for the feedback. My worry is that they only allow a 14 day grace period. Beyond that, I can't ask for a refund anymore. I can only hope they can solve my predicament before the deadline ends.

As long as you've submitted the request within the grace period you're good.

Thank you. That took some of the worry. Much appreciated
