API Application Under Review for 14+ Business Days (Client ID: 228024)

Hi Strava Community and Developer Support Team,

I am writing to kindly request an update on my API application for my project, RunCut.

I submitted my application on April 20th, and received an automated confirmation stating that the review process typically takes 7-10 business days. As of today, May 8th, it has been 14 business days, and I haven't received any further communication.

App Details:

  • App Name: RunCut

  • Website: https://runcut.app

  • Client ID: 228024

  • Purpose: RunCut helps runners transform their workout tracklogs into cinematic videos with dynamic overlays, prioritizing on-device processing and user privacy.

     

     

I have checked my email (including spam) but haven't seen any updates. My development is currently on hold as I need to finalize the production API integration.

Could someone from the Strava team please look into the status of my submission or let me know if any additional information is required?

@loiho I’m a user like you and can’t help accelerate the review. You can see from all the other posts that this is a common occurence in the last time and nobody has a clue what could be the reason.
