I submitted my athlete capacity increase request on April 13 and have had an open support ticket since April 26 (Ticket #14078). I’ve followed up twice with no resolution.
My app Elite Edge Conditioning is live with users who are unable to connect their Strava accounts until this is approved. I’ve provided all required information including screenshots and my Client ID.
Is there anyone who can help escalate this? 4 weeks with no approval or denial is blocking my entire user base.
