Hello Strava Developer Support Team,
We operate Phoenix Pack (https://phoenix-pack.uz), a community running club platform based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Our application has reached the hard capacity limit of 999 out of 999 athletes. All connected athletes are active runners participating in our weekly community runs and club challenges. Because our pool is completely full, new runners from our local community are currently blocked from connecting their accounts and joining club activities.
We submitted our official Athlete Capacity and Rate Limit increase request through the developer form back on October 6, 2026 for Client ID: 173148 (almost a month ago), but have not received an update or status confirmation yet.
Could someone from the API / Developer Review team please look into our application in the review queue? Please let us know if any further verification or details are needed from our side.
