Request to Increase Athlete Connection Limit

Application details:
- Application name: Locorunner
- Client ID: 243915
- Website: https://locorunner.run
- Current limit: 1 connected athlete
- Requested limit: 100 connected athletes

Use case: Locorunner is an AI-powered personal running coach app. Athletes connect their own Strava account via direct OAuth 2.0 so the app can import their own completed activities (including lap/interval data) and generate personalized training analysis and plans for that same athlete.

A few points relevant to your review:
- Direct OAuth integration only — no third-party intermediary platform or data reseller involved.
- Each athlete can only see their own data. There is no public feed, leaderboard, or any feature that exposes one athlete's data to another.
- Activity data is used solely to generate coaching feedback for that same athlete (via an AI model) — it is never shared with third parties, resold, or used to build any cross-athlete dataset.
- We comply with Strava's API Agreement and Brand Guidelines.

We currently have real beta testers unable to connect their Strava accounts because of the 1-athlete limit. Any help with this review would be greatly appreciated — thank you!

AI powered apps violate the Strava API policy about operating AI applications with Strava data. Run coaching duplicates Strava features (Runna integration).

You can only self upgrade to 10 users in the API dashbaord as long as nobody reports you for not adhering to the policy. You don’t have the slightest chance to pass the review to get more users than that.
