I am contacting you regarding my recent request to increase the limit on the number of athletes logged into my app. When do you expect this request to be processed?

Please lookup section 3.6 in the API policy about the not fixed review time and that further contact is initiated by Strava.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do. Many posts here report waiting time of many months.
