I was wondering what the response times are at the moment. Saw a few related posts about backlogs but they were a while ago. Accidentally got someone banned so it is kind of urgent… Also have a ticket open for a different issue. One has ‘high’ priority and one has ‘normal’ prio. Does this make a difference?

Hope this backlog is cleared soon! Would be sad to see an account banned for a long while due to a stupid mistake.
One ticket was also marked as solved just now, but nothing has changed and he still can't login. Strange to say the least.
