Average Strava Support Response Time

I was wondering what the response times are at the moment. Saw a few related posts about backlogs but they were a while ago. Accidentally got someone banned so it is kind of urgent… Also have a ticket open for a different issue. One has ‘high’ priority and one has ‘normal’ prio. Does this make a difference?

Hi all, we’ve checked the ticket numbers and account associated with the case and it’s currently being investigated by a team member with the affected party. Updates will be shared in the ticket with the affected party directly.

I’m afraid that there is still a significant backlog of issues with the Support Team.  
@Bryant As this issue has affected more than Casper, perhaps you can help escalate the priority of the issue.  
@Casper_B Please add the support ticket numbers to this thread to give Bryant the extra details.

One ticket was also marked as solved just now, but nothing has changed and he still can't login. Strange to say the least.
