Hi Strava API Team!

I submitted an API rate limit increase request back on April 18th, but haven't heard back yet (well past the 7-10 business day guidance). I also followed up via email on April 30th

My application (Client ID: 216153) creates custom map art for activities, which users can then order printed and framed. We are looking to expand from individuals to run clubs and events, but are heavily reliant on a manual input workaround right now. It would be amazing to get our capacity unlocked so we can provide a seamless Strava-connected experience for athletes. Our full website url is in the application.

Could someone from the team please help look into this? Any help to escalate this review would be highly appreciated! Please let me know if there is anything I can do. Thank you!

So far it seems posting it here doesn’t reach the API team, so you can only wait or write further follow up emails. Others are even waiting for two months now.
