Can a Strava API app be transferred to another account?

Hi all,

I have a production API app on my personal Strava account. I want to move it to a new shared team account so a group of people can manage it, instead of it being tied to my personal login.

1. Is there an official way to transfer an app (same Client ID/Secret) to another account?
2. If not, and I re-create it on the new account, do I lose Extended Access or my tier, and do all connected athletes have to re-authorize?
3. Has anyone done this before? What worked?

The new account will have a Strava subscription. I’ve also emailed developers@strava.com but wanted to check here too.
