I accidentally subscribed to STRAVA in April and cancelled it immediately. I tried to dispute the charge on Apple, and it said my refund was accepted, but I still have not been refunded. Then, I realized I was charged on another one of my credit cards as well for Strava subscription. I thought perhaps somehow an account was made using both of my emails, hence the duplicate charge. But, when I tried to see if I can log into my other account, I wasn’t able to. This who situation is so frustrating, I’ve been charged for something I don’t even use nor will I be using in the future. The whole process of contacting a customer service and getting to solve the issue is also very pathetic, because I just get directed from one webpage to the next, with no solution. I would like to find out who I can contact regarding this and get my refunds.
