Hello,
the feature of club and gym are great features, but I have every time add manually the exercises, repetition, weight. That usually take time because the web app don’t show this info, on computer also it’s not visible just on the phone app.
for this context:
I have gym and strength training planned for 3 months that usually follows the same workout structure, for example:
week 1
Day 1 training plan 1
Day 2 training plan 2
week 2
Day 1 training plan 1 ( here increases the weights)
Day 2 training plan 2 ( here increase the weights)
I don’t use other gym or training app, except trainingpeacks.
I would like to have the possibility to clone the exercise group from one week to another, I mean one activity to another like an templates. That would save me a lot of time.
