Je vous écris pour vous demander un remboursement concernant un abonnement annuel Strava qui a été renouvelé automatiquement.

 

Tout a commencé il y a un mois, lorsque ma copine et moi avons décidé de se mettre à la course et elle m'a proposé d'essayer l'abonnement gratuit d'un mois à Strava. J'ai accepté et ajouté ma carte de crédit pour bénéficier de cet essai gratuit. Cependant, aujourd'hui, soit exactement un mois après l'inscription, j'ai été facturé 59,99 € pour un abonnement annuel que je ne souhaitais pas renouveler.

 

Je n'avais pas l'intention de continuer avec l'abonnement payant et j'aimerais demander un remboursement de cette somme, car je n'utiliserai pas le service.

I accepted and added my credit card to benefit from this free trial. However, today, exactly one month after signing up, I was charged 59.99€ for an annual subscription that I didn't want to renew.
I did not intend to continue with the paid subscription and would like to request a refund of this amount, as I will not use the service.
