I submitted my app, Suado (Client ID 184455), for the Developer Program Review on October 5, 2026, to increase the athlete limit beyond 10. It’s been about four weeks and I haven’t received any response yet, not even an approval or a rejection.
Suado is a free web app for athletes Brazil: athletes connect their own Strava account and earn points for their own activities, which they redeem for discounts at local businesses. We’re at the 10-athlete limit with a waitlist of people who want to join.
My questions:
- Is there another way to follow up on a pending review, besides resubmitting the form or emailing developers@strava.com?
- Does resubmitting the form help, or does it push the request back in the queue?
- Is there anywhere I can check the status of the request?
