Double Charged for Annual Membership

I’m hoping someone from Strava can help because I’ve ended up in a frustrating billing loop.

I purchased an annual Strava membership directly, but it never activated Premium features on my account. To get access, I followed the prompts in the app and ended up purchasing a second subscription through the App Store. That immediately unlocked Premium.

I then followed the guidance to have Apple cancel the duplicate App Store subscription. Unfortunately, after Apple canceled it, my original annual membership was also removed. Now I’ve paid for an annual subscription but no longer have Premium access.

I’m looking for one of the following resolutions:

  • Restore my original annual membership for the full remaining term, or
  • Refund the appropriate charge if the original subscription cannot be restored.

I have receipts for both purchases and can provide any additional information needed. I’d appreciate any assistance in resolving this as soon as possible.

The subscription for the Strava account you have paid for first should still be running. You could try to investigate about that Strava account you don’t seem to use, maybe you are still in the 14 days after paying where you can request a refund.
