I called Strava API to connect the athlete with my app, I need some required information about the athlete. Email is the first priority of them, but I can't see the email of the athlete. I already tried with the all of scope but still I don't see the email. How can I get the email of the athlete?

Email missing in the athlete profile.

You could just ask them for it when they open your app. It's a good thing that the Strava API doesn't reveal it.
