Yeah super frustrating. Loads of very legit fitness businesses relying on this integration and seems to be getting blocked. We need a response here so we know whether or not to walk to other alternatives

I have already contacted Strava support three times, but I haven't received a response yet. This is currently blocking the scaling of my business. Are there any potential alternatives you know of?

Just an FYI for people following this thread — I’ve seen a case where an athlete limit increase request was approved in just 1–2 days (recently).

So it seems like some requests are still going through quickly, while others are stuck much longer in the queue.

Might be useful context for anyone trying to understand the current review process.
