Could you please advise whether it is possible to export time, pace, and athlete (user) name for a specific segment using the Strava API?

If it’s an athlete who has connected your app to Strava then you can retrieve all of that athletes efforts for a segment including time and many other stats. But a general leaderboard list like on the website or in the app is not available in the API.
