+1We currently have 51,559 users. Does this qualify us for the Extended Access Tier (which requires no paid Strava subscription and provides higher rate limits)?
Additionally, we have another issue: on July 6th, the day we subscribed, the API seemed to work normally. However, starting from July 7th, it reverted to the pre-subscription state—for example, missing data such as activity start_date (start time), name, sport_type, etc.
+26If you have this many connected Strava users your are already in the extended tier. But you don’t have to guess, you can see the developer tier in the API dashboard https://www.strava.com/settings/api
For the missing data you could give us examples of the request URL and response json. A missing subscription in the standard tier would rather lead to not having access at all instead of getting fewer data.
