Extended Access review status + phased athlete increase for a live app (Client ID 228751)

Hi Strava team and community,

I submitted an Extended Access Tier request via the developer form on June 4 for BLOOMLAB FLUX (Client ID 228751) and would appreciate a status check or any guidance.

What FLUX is: a nutrition-timing PWA for endurance athletes. It is a direct integration — athlete data is processed in-house to generate fueling/hydration guidance and is never shared with any third-party platform. We show "Powered by Strava" and "View on Strava" across the app per the brand guidelines (Support URL: https://flux.bloomlab.kr).

Why I am asking: we already have active athletes training on FLUX and syncing real workout data, with more users waiting to connect. We are currently capped at 10 connected athletes, which creates a chicken-and-egg situation versus the ~100-user expectation.

Request: would a phased increase (e.g., 10 to 100) tied to actual usage growth be possible? I have seen this tiered approach mentioned here before, and it would let us onboard waiting users responsibly.

Happy to share screenshots, a demo login, or any additional detail. Thank you!
