Hi Strava team and community,

I'm following up on developer ticket #16076, where I was told that rate-limit and athlete-capacity requests are no longer handled via email and to post here instead.

App: Endure.LabbS (Client ID 188936) — an endurance coaching platform.

Use case: We sync athletes' activities between Strava and Intervals.icu so a coached athlete's training shows up consistently in both. Strava also serves as a fallback for athletes who don't own a GPS watch — they can record sessions from the Strava mobile app, which then flow into our coaching workflow.

What we're requesting: an increase to our app's athlete capacity (currently capped, which blocks onboarding beyond a single athlete) and, if possible, a rate-limit increase to support multiple athletes syncing throughout the day.

We fully comply with the API Agreement — we never display or redistribute Strava data publicly, never use it to train models, and never expose tokens or secrets. Happy to provide any details (volume estimates, data-handling description) that help the review.

Could someone from the Strava team advise on the current process for approving extended access? Thanks a lot.
