I am the developer of Vitalstat(https://www.vital-stat.com/), a health app available on iOS and Android that lets users connect a wide variety of data sources(10+) into one place to bring everything together and analyze it like sleep, training, and nutrition.

After receiving many requests from users to add Strava, I integrated it, but unfortunately, we hit the ten user limit so quickly that I had to temporarily take the Strava connection down to prevent disappointing users.

I have requested multiple limit increases but have unfortunately been rejected each time. I followed the Strava developer guidelines closely and I am really unsure of what else is required for me to get approved. Many users are still asking for Strava support and I would love to provide this since I personally believe Strava is a great platform.

Is there any way I con obtain more information as to why I have been denied multiple times?

Best regards,
Nicklas

Strava doesn't reveal anywhere why they reject requests, sad but true. You could tell us more about your app and we could take a guess.
