When scrolling through the feed I noticed if you touch a group name or mentioned person on someone’s activity it immediately opens. There seems to be two issues here:
- Mentions and Groups open on touch instead of on release
- Scrolling does not disable this interaction
Normal practice for links is to only open when released and to have some special handling when scrolling on touch screens. These all prevent accidental opening, but in Strava this handling is not there. If there is a better place to report this issue please share as this community seems to be catered for API discussion. This issue has been persistent for months and I’ve lost hope that this would be fixed.
