Has anyone else been left on seen by Strava Developer Team?

Hi everyone!

I built a small app for my running club called Club Runners (club-runners.vercel.app) — it shows personalized stats, training insights, a world map of runs, club events, and an AI assistant that answers questions about your running history, all powered by Strava.

I submitted the API access request to allow my club members to log in, followed up multiple times via email, but haven't heard back from the Strava developer team.

Has anyone gone through this process and found a way to get a response? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, about 2 weeks ago I was approved. I don’t do anything. One day I received an email and my api privileges was changed.

I haven’t really tried reaching out on here. I received a email soon after I applied, probably an automatic reply. That was about 3 week's ago. I followed up but haven’t heard anything. I just keep building my site hoping something comes through.

    It’s nice to see that somebody is getting approved, there’s a lot of messages of people not getting answers and waiting for weeks. Myself I’ve been waiting for more than a month, hopefully I’ll get contacted soon, based on your time line 🙏🏻😅
