Havent heard from strava team about my users limit increase

Hello, its been 14 days since submission of my app’s form and I haven’t heard a word since then. I want increase in no of users for my app which is currently 1 so i cannot test my app in real world to gain ore insight. 

Please look into this matter. Thanks !
