How to increase the number of athletes allowed to connect for my api application

At the time of setting up my api application, I added 1 in Number of athletes allowed to connect and Number of athletes currently connected. How can I change this. 

As I am trying to use the app its giving me error - Error 401: Limit of connected athletes exceeded.

    @ActivityFix Do you know how much time does Strava take to approve. It's been a week and haven't heard back from them.

        Hello, when I open this link, it brings me to the homepage of the Strava Community Hub, I have the same problem as described before, how can Increase the number of athletes connected to my API application?

        ​@SGMotti  You have to send the “Developer Program form” that is mentioned in section “Athlete Capacity” in https://developers.strava.com/docs/rate-limits/
