I have just started a training plan and I'm trying to view it so I know what runs to expect or even just to see if what run I have to do tomorrow when said plan is meant to start? I did the way it tells you to online but every time I click training log it sends me straight onto the app on some random users page and says other athletes training logs aren't available?

Any ideas

Hi @Brett22R, maybe you're confusing training plans and training logs..? As it sounds like you're trying to open the latter.

Try this link - https://www.strava.com/training-plans/ - if it attempts to open the app (where the training plans don't exist so it would lead to an error), just copy the URL and open it in a new browser tab.

Hi @Jana_S you're right I do mean the training logs, the link you've attached is to the training plans to start a new plan, I have one started but haven't received any emails to see what my scheduled workouts are and also my I click onto training log it takes me to the app and to a random user, the same user every time I click it

A training log is keeping a record of what you already have done - overview of the past.

The tasks for the future, i.e. what you actually want, is the plan. When opening the link above, click the “view plan” - if you've already started a plan, the scheduled runs should be there. if you haven't started it yet, the page will walk you through the process.

If you still can’t see it, perhaps include a screenshot of what you do see for clarification.

I see what you're saying, when I click the view plan at the moment it just comes up with the option to start and plan and what it entails. I've already started one, well meant to start one today, I have received the initial start up email but no workout to do, will this come at some point today and then update the 'view plan' preview

If the plan isn't there - could you have accidentally/unintentionally deleted it? Because if it's started, it should be there, in a form of a table/spreadsheet.

You can try creating a new one, with today as starting date. Can you see the plan when you do that?

I don't think so, I started it received the email to say welcome you'll get an email with workouts for each day etc. and then I went into view the schedule but nothing. When I go to start a new one the only option is for it to start next week or a race date

I tried that myself - after starting a plan, it would always display on the page which I linked above, so I’m afraid that you probably really accidentally ended the plan you had earlier.

And yes it looks like we can only set starting day only for the next Monday 😐 The other day I’ve submitted the following feature request (you can vote for it if you find it useful), the training plans seriously need to be more flexible...

Thankyou anyway, you're probably right it must of cancelled the plan for some reason. I will just try again with a new one for next week
