I recently had my athlete capacity increase request approved.

At first time, the athletes allows is 999.

Currently, I have 989 connected athletes.

I emailed the Strava team to request a higher limit and was advised to submit a new request.

After submitting again, the request was approved — but the capacity still shows only 999 athletes.

Could someone from Strava please confirm if this is expected behavior? If a full increase is not possible right now, would it at least be possible to raise the limit slightly (for example, beyond 999) so our users are not blocked?

If they approved the request but forgot to raise the limit you should email them again.
