The number of influencers we currently have exceeds 999, and the daily number of requests is over 6,000. How can we raise the upper limits?

If this really is a Strava API question you have to write to developers@strava.com for raising the limits. I don’t know what you mean with “influencers” though and why you refer to “upper” parts of the limits.

I’m following up regarding a critical issue we’re currently experiencing with our application. Due to the current API request limits, many of our users are unable to access the platform or retrieve their data in a timely manner.

We currently support more than 999 active users (influencers), and our daily API requests often exceed 6,000. The default rate limits are insufficient for our current usage, and this is negatively impacting user experience.

We kindly request an increase in our API rate limits to better support our growing user base. Please let us know what information you need from our side to process this request.

@aventon, as @Jan_Mantau already said, for API limits increase you need to contact Strava directly, this is a discussion forum of Strava users like yourself, we can't arrange that for you.

Either use the email address that Jan mentioned, or fill in the form mentioned at the bottom of the following page: https://developers.strava.com/docs/rate-limits/

@aventon You have to provide the Client ID of your API application when you write them and you could mention what you want for the new limits.

I have already submitted the application form, including our Client ID (143486), along with a description of our application and expected usage.

May I ask how long Strava typically takes to review and approve an API rate limit increase request?

Their goal is to respond in a week. If you have waited much longer than that you could write them again.
