My Strava iOS app has been completely unusable for [X] days. Every time I open it, a red "Something went wrong, please try again" banner appears at the top and nothing loads — the feed, profile, and all tabs are blank.
I've already tried everything the support bot suggested, with no change:
- Restarted my iPhone
- Confirmed strong, stable Wi-Fi
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the app (now on the latest version)
- Logged out and back in
- Restore Purchases
- Pulled to refresh — no Pending Uploads appear
Key detail: my account data is completely intact and reachable. I have read-only API access connected to my personal website, and it pulls my Strava data with no problem. So this is not an account, data, or auth issue — it's the iOS app itself failing to load.
I'm a paying annual Premium subscriber and haven't been able to use the app this entire time. I've emailed support multiple times and only received automated replies — no human response yet.
Is anyone else seeing this "Something went wrong" error right now? And can a Strava staff member please take a look? Happy to provide logs, screenshots, or my account details privately.
