Is the Strava Team reading this forum?

I see in this forum hundreds of messages from people waiting for the Athlete Limit to be increased, I know it takes a few days, but people have been waiting weeks/months with no answer from the Strava team. I just wonder if the Strava Team is aware of this situation.

It may be necessary to start posting comments on their social media channels. Corporate companies do not like it when people publicly point out things that are not working on their side.

Hi ​@Stanislav I understand, however I want to give them the chance to at least say something. The Strava team is a great team, they work hard. For some reason they are not responding (they do answer and reply on other posts), I just would love to hear anything from them. Thanks

Hi, I understand, and I agree that they should be given a chance to respond. I am also waiting and hoping they will at least acknowledge the issue. Fortunately, I have not been waiting as long as some others here, but the lack of communication is still very disappointing.

The problem is that silence in this situation can easily come across as arrogant, especially toward people who are not only developers building on the Strava platform, but also paying Strava subscribers.

I will see how this develops, but if there is still no communication, I may have to reconsider my subscription. I do not feel comfortable financially supporting a company that does not communicate with its members when a serious production issue is affecting them.

@Stanislav Many of us have been waiting for 3 months with zero response. That seems like a good faith amount of time to give them...
