Maps feature not working

Hi All, the maps feature stopped working and I can't see maps or select the sport. Did anyone experience the same issue? Can I asked how people solved this hurdle? Cheers!

Ciao ​@Micol. I've noticed in these days some changes in auto route builder. I was thinking to updates or new features but it's not about your question (6-7 weeks are a lot of time). Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app?

Hi Vincenzo, yes. The app on the phone has been working for long time, however more or less 6-7 weeks ago I started to don't be able. To use the maps feature. Any suggestion on what to do?

This is what I see what I try to use maps : it's all blurry and if I try to open the feature it get closed by itself

Hi Vincenzo, I think you may be right suggesting to reinstalling the app. Do you think I will lose my previous trainings?

@Micol your activities are stored on the Strava servers, so deleting and reinstalling the app won't delete the activities. 

Anyway, if reinstalling the app doesn't help, can you please try and describe in more detail what you mean by the maps feature not working? Describe step by step where you click, what you expect to see and what is actually displayed, and also which app you're using (for iOS? Android? something else?); ideally include also screenshots. Thank you!
