media gallery disappeared

Hi all. I noticed a few days ago that my entire media gallery on my profile page has disappeared. I’m using iOS and it’s the same on my iPad as my iPhone. Having logged in on my laptop, the photos are showing there so it looks like an iOS issue. Have tried software update, deleting app, restarting phone but the option to allow photos isn’t appearing in my Settings for the app. Neither are location services. It’s weird. Maybe the app is being blocked?
