Will it re-activate automatically now that I have refreshed the certificate? If so, how long does this take? If not, what should I do to get it reactivated?

My HTTPS certificate expired and this appears to have marked my status as "Inactive".

Your app status in Strava and your http certificates aren’t in any way related. It’s more likely that your status is inactive because you don’t have the mandatory Strava subscription.
