I got same issue , submitted request form https://share.hsforms.com/1VXSwPUYqSH6IxK0y51FjHwcnkd8 since Apr-19 , as of now I have not received any feedback about my case :(

I am in the same boat. I submitted on 4/13. emailed on 4/30, 5/6, 5/11.   zero responses.

Hey, same here, I submitted an athlete limit increase request for my app (Client ID 226373) back on April 18th, asking to go up to 15 users, and since the initial “7–10 business days” reply… nothing.

Definitely feels like these requests are just stuck somewhere...

Hi, I've also sent two emails and haven't received a reply to either, and like most people in this thread, I need to be able to increase the number of users connecting to my app.

@Emily_A Same boat here. Stuck for a few weeks now after resubmitting all the requested details. Appreciate a nudge to get the limit increased at the earliest. 

  • Client ID - 222091
  • App name - Paths
  • Requested increase - to 10,000 athletes (from 1)
  • Date submitted- resubmitted on the 6th of May

Same here its past 10 working days but my client id is stuck at 1 

  • Client ID - 235236
  • App name - Activ.run
  • Requested increase - to 1000 or 500 athletes (from 1) i didnt quite remember how much
  • Date submitted- Submitted on May 4. Follow up emails from May 20, may 27

I’m hoping strava take a look on integrations requrest.
